Would have 0 but not an option. The worst care company ever ! Failed my mother in law massively as she was end of life the care she received was appalling. From people unable to complete her personal care on their own so family members had to step in or she would be in the same pad all night . To missed visits as they were under staffed. Promised double up care would begin as this lady was very poorly again told lack of staff . Massively failed on behalf of this company what an undignified end to life. She unfortunately passed away last night still no double up staff as promised. CQC are going to be informed about this absolutely disgusted and heart broken how my mother in law spent the last weeks of her life ! AVOID
