I recently visited Liz at her clinic in Nettleham for a facial. Liz's directions were easy to follow and there was plenty of space to park. Liz was warm and welcoming and her clinic was calming and comfortable. The facial itself was fabulous!! She used so many different products and tools to help their effectiveness. It felt amazing and so relaxing! My skin feels brilliantly soft with a lovely glow. I won't hesitate recommending Liz and the facials she does and will be booking again very soon! Thanks Liz!

I'm very grateful for the professional support Liz gave me following an injury to my knee. Not only did I need to strengthen my knee, I realised in my mid 60's after being on crutches for a few weeks, my core strength wasn't what it should be. Liz takes a bespoke approach to the individual and is extremely knowledgeable. She really cares about her clients. Her treatments and classes have certainly benefited my recovery and without a doubt, I would highly recommend Liz's services.

I've been a client for many years for Scar work, Enerqi Facial Rejuvenation, Gentle Release Therapy and more recently regularly attending Liz's Pilates class, which I love an I'm noticing improvements every week. Liz is an amazing human being and her knowledge of the human body is out of this world. My mum had a stroke in 2017 and Liz put her on her feet. The first time Liz met her, my mum was in a nappy and lost hope of living some sort of a normal life. Her left side was affected, she couldn't use her left hand and she had no hope of being able to walk again on her own.
Liz knew exactly what type of exercises my mum needed, which is the correct splint to use and how to use what she has functional to make her feel confident enough to be on her own. Liz gave her some of the freedom that she lost when having the stroke. She also gave my mum confidence and although they don't speak the same language, Liz's sessions are always a success. After years, my mum still makes little improvements and it is all because of Liz' sessions. We are grateful for everything and couldn't recommend enough her services.

I have been suffering with sciatica for over 10 years on and off, and have seen several physiotherapists and attended lots of exercise classes over the years.
I joined Liz in her pilates class about 3 months ago and can say she is the best.
My pain has got better and I feel 10 feet taller after each session.
She is so knowledgeable and targets my issue and other class members problems into the routine each week.

I cannot recommend Advance Balance enough! Liz has been a miracle worker. I have been dealing with ongoing plantar fasciitis for nearly a year. I have 'rested' and tried the stretches and exercises recommended to me to no avail. I was referred to Liz by another healthcare professional for radial shockwave therapy and it has been a game changer. My pain levels have gone down and I am able to move more. I am still doing all the recommended exercises, but I have come a long way in a short period of time.
Additionally, the setting of Advance Balance is amazing. It is close to Lincoln, but the rural location makes the therapy much more relaxing. On top of that, Liz is truly lovely. She actually listened to what I said instead of brushing me off. She also explored additional things that may be contributing to my pain. Because of her level of care, I am feeling much better and am on way to a full recovery.

I have had many Pilates teachers over the years but have never had such a patient teacher as Liz. Her knowledge of the human body & her ability to help physical health problems is vast. I feel very relaxed at her lessons & always enjoy the variety of exercises.

I self referred to Liz (who I knew from my wife's Pilates classes) for acute sciatic pain. Friendly and professional. Effective treatment sessions with 'take-away' exercises sorted the problem. Excellent!
