Adico are amazing. The carers are kind, caring and nothing is too much trouble. They are always cheerful. My Mum has been having Adico 4 times a day for nearly 2 years now. They have never missed a call or been late. She is treated with care and respect. The office staff are so helpful and friendly too. I wouldn't use another agency. Thank you Adico for making my Mums life a lot more comfortable.

I have the greatest regard for Adico and it's carers. They've always been able to provide the level of care requested, as and when this has changed for mum over time. But following her recent illness, they, and their carers, went above and beyond to make sure mum got the care and attention she needed (one particular lady being absolutely amazing!) I got as much feedback as I needed to keep me updated every visit and the personal attention for mum was more than I could've expected. She views her carers as her friends and trusts them implicitly. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending anyone to Adico who wants to try and keep their loved ones in their own home and as comfortable as possible.

I have been with Adico since 2018. They are a very friendly and accommodating company, nothing is too much trouble for the carers, they feel like friends and we have lots of laughs during the calls. I wouldn't want any other company.
