Adept homes comes across as a good home, but it isn't...Mr.Locke do you realise how your senior staff, is, managers, and your training team are to people who come for position within your home's, if they can give you the time I suggest they learn to be the same.
From someone who has a graduate degree with several years of dementia care under their belt, should not be treated as a threat but an asset....your loss..
