They are an ok service at Whitby Street but they can be quite demanding on the phone for example, they refer a client to us and expect appointments to be given out straight away with no paperwork but then if you phone them to transfer a client they either don't answer the phone or request a lot of information.

One time they sent a client to our service with no information except for the basic details. This particular client turned out to be very high risk but we were not made aware.

Avoid at all costs. They care about you only for the money you bring as a client. Waiting 3 weeks for a prescription is abysmal, especially where other services give medicine on the first day. Don’t get me started on how they cancelled my script prematurely having missed 2 days yet on the way to pick up my third, thus not actually exceeding limits. Abysmal. Shocking. My worker seemed like a nice woman but either has a poor memory or is just so overwhelmed with clients due to low staffing, subsequently she doesn’t know bob from billy and sees all clients in the same Patronising impersonal way, such repetition every time I saw her, felt like the only way to actually progress somewhere with her would be to remind her of all the past meetings and what was discussed or she would literally be saying the same stuff over and over. Addaction need dismantling immediately they are a danger to drug users not a helping hand
