My brother received care from this company after what I have witnessed this company should not be allowed to care for vulnerable people. There standards are poor , lack of training, show no empathy. Would not let them look after my house plant.

Would not give them 1 star . Would not trust them to look fter my dog . Useless lazy no empathy or care my uncle has them and after what I have seen today think CQC need to be contacted.

Disgusting people, very very lazy. One person spends the whole time here on her telephone and not doing anything. I never get what I ask fir to eat. My personal care is a disgrace. This firm should not be allowed to practice care, as they quite obviously do not care whatsoever.

Adada looked after my mum for 15 months with phenomenal patience, diligence and charm. I would unreservedly recommend them and their uniformly excellent staff to anyone requiring care services for a family member.

We’re had amazing service off this team when they have looked after my dad for last 5 weeks they treat him as if he was the father he loved them they cheered him up on every visit and there was 3 main member that he loved they were Jadye ,Kate ,Denise they are a credit to your company so once again can you pass are thanks to the team.
