Most irresponsible, expensive and unprofessional. Very very poor communication. Never communicated with staff or no training provided. When case manager changed and start questing they give notice and left my son without carrers since November. We request to carry on untill find another care provider but Never bothered.
I will contact CQC as well. As it been very hardand it was safeguard issue for my sons complex car and disability. Sweet talk when start then left like never been working with you. -0 stsrt

Best day of my life when I got sacked from this organisation! No explanation... Actually did me a massive favour! Wouldn’t touch this lot with a barge pole! Tread carefully or better still avoid like Coronavirus!!
