I believe Kate provides a highly effective and very supportive healthcare experience for women suffering with PMS.
I started seeing Kate about 6 months ago after really terrible PMS - mainly stomach cramps and big mood drops which I have always somewhat experienced but has been much worse over the last 2 years. On my first appointment Kate asks you a very comprehensive list of questions to understand your health issues as a whole. I felt very listened to and instantly at ease with her. She is a very lovely, warm and attentive person and this really shows in the appointments. At first I just had acupuncture then after a few months Kate put me on some herbs too. After just 2 appointments my sleeping got loads better and I stopped getting frequent headaches. After 3 months of treatment my PMS symptoms almost disappeared. My last 3 periods have been drastically better. Period pain has massively reduced from having intense pain for about 10 days to just mild pain for 1 day. My mood is generally more stable and I am no longer experiencing a PMS mood drop. I couldn’t recommend Kate enough for people experiencing PMS, and other health issues. Especially as she offers a very effective and affordable treatment that has given me no negative side effects. My experience also shows it may take longer in some people for the treatment to take full effect, so it is important to commit to it as it will work and it is a game-changer for periods when it does.

I had been suffering from chronic fatigue for the past two years, following cancer treatment, menopause and pituitary issues. I would find myself sleeping for 15hours at a time, which was having a catastrophic impact on my work and personal life. I had been under the care of various doctors and exhausted all routes of ‘traditional’ medicine. Katie had been recommended to me. She puts you immediately at ease. She is very compassionate, highly knowledgeable and explains everything in details. I have now completed six sessions, one per week. By week three I had really noticed significant changes in my energy levels and menopausal symptoms. By week six I felt back to my normal self, pre-cancer. I couldn't be more impressed with what Katie has achieved for me!
I've been struggling with immunity every autumn/winter for the past 10yrs, catching every cold/ flu going. This year I hit an all time low, I'd lost both my parents during the summer and dealing with everything created a lot of stress, on top of which I was having some corrective minor surgery, so a couple of rounds of general anaesthetic, catching several flu like colds followed by three rounds of antibiotics, I had a shingles jab, a winter flu jab, a pneumonia jab and COVID jab, I just couldn't recover and my surgery wouldn't finish healing!
Fortunately I already knew of Katie, having previously used her for a muscle issue and she came to my rescue 🤗 I had a long holiday booked in Central America and needed to get well quick, four rounds of acupuncture in two weeks and I was transformed, quite amazing!
I'm going to continue with acupuncture on a regular basis having seen what can be achieved. Thank you once again Katie.

I decided to try acupuncture for fertility after an at home fertility test told me that I had high prolactin, likely due to stress. Luckily I had been charting my temperatures for the previous months and Katie was able to identify issues straight away. Going to the acupuncture sessions was such a lovely and relaxing experience in itself. Whilst trying to conceive, there were times where I felt really impatient. However, working with Katie helped me to understand what was going on with my body and my cycles. I am really grateful for Katie's expertise, helping me through the whole process of getting my body ready for pregnancy. I don't believe that I would have naturally conceived without the changes that acupuncture brought me.

Acupuncture definitely works and helps with fertility, but also helps with de-stressing and anxiety that comes with trying to conceive.

I started having accupuncture with Katie ahead of chemotherapy. Katie then held me well during this period of treatment and the accupuncture helped to alleviate the side effects of chemo. Katie managed to fit me in last minute after a cancellation and I've been going ever since. I broke my foot and the time in the boot brace led to Sciatica.
