This place does not even deserve the 1 star I have given it, but I had no choice because without any star I could not post this review.

I went to this place on Sunday 28th July at 7pm with my friend for a 60 mins deep tissue full body massage. Upon arrival we were stared at by the owner/manager of the place, which prompted us to inform her that we had a pre-arranged massage. She immediately asked us for the payment of £50 each.

We were then told to go into two separate rooms. No further instruction was provided to me, and being someone who has never had a massage before, I did not know whether I was supposed to undress or remain in my leggings are vest top that I had arrived in.

The owner/manager then came into the room and told me to lie down on the massage bed. She said she was doing my massage. At no point did she ask me to remove my clothing or even make the suggestion. I could feel she was struggling around my clothes so I asked her myself whether it was easier if I removed my clothing.

For the next 50 mins (which was all I got for my £50) she was hammering into my skin with a hammer. She continuously repeated "very very tight" and that was all. The pressure applied was minimal and there was no use of oil or any other product for the amount of money I paid. Furthermore she only "massaged" my back, neck and ankle, despite telling me during payment that it was a "full body massage".

Throughout my massage, the owner/manager's mobile rang at least 5 times and she answered each time. This made me unable to relax or feel comfortable. She was coming and out of the room constantly also to speak to customers in reception. The service was DISGUSTING AND APPALLING.

After the massage I discussed with my friend who stated that her masseuse used oil and also massaged her arms, legs etc. I was given the minimal service yet I paid the same amount. I was unable to argue with the place after my massage because they said they were closing and also because I had an urgent appointment soon after. However I feel completely cheated and robbed of my money, as £50 is a lot of money for most people, and this place was very underserving of it.

I beg all future customers to read the reviews here before making any payment to this place. The service and the therapies are basic and it will be a waste of your time to go here. I was lied to and misinformed about my therapy yet I was asked to pay before the service was provided to me.

Tried to book an appointment following all the stated instructions provided by Groupon. The staff at this establishment are extremely rude and kept requesting the security code which should only be provided with the voucher when one arrives for appointment, otherwise the retailer can debit the funds without actually providing a service. Avoid at all costs unless you want to throw money away!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tried to book a massage over the phone- Chinese lady was so rude as soon as I mentioned I have a groupon code. She had the nerve to say WHY can’t you make a morning appointment WHAT ARE YOU DOING at that time. Then she hung up on me. Never again.

I have not even had a message and I would not recommend Acuherbs to anyone.

I wanted to make appointment for me and my friend. The supplier put the phone down on me twice, and when I sent email to make 2 appointments.

I go a reply that they would not consider making an appointment even if they had 2 slots? They said I was rude to staff, it is not my fault if they staff could not understand what customer requirements are.

The email said they would let Groupon know that I was rude. At no time did I say anything that was insulting, the email I sent which simply asked for appointments, and got a rude reply.

Dreadful ! Purchased 1 hour on groupon when i arrived woman accused me of going before with groupon vcr had never been to salon, was not asked to complete any form with details which is the norm with any treatment , it was a young man who did it dont think he was qualified, came out in pain, no oils used just baby oil. The lady not sure if she was owner was so rude , wouldnt give 1 star emailed received a very rude reply, awful place.

My massage was ok. My friends wasnt. I could hear loud talking outside the room and heard the door open and shut a million times. No hot oil used for the body massage, just baby oil from a bottle. For £50 really not worth it. Also not very professional staff. Complete rip off.

This place doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave it. They do not respect their customers. The lady at reception barely understand English - which I could deal with but then she hangs up the phone on me when I tried to reschedule my appointment.

They made me pay in advance and only gave verbal confirmation but nothing on paper or digital and then refused to amend my appointment, telling me their policies are all online.

I tried calling back, they won’t answer my calls but I work in the office building opposite, so will make sure people know about this.
