Changing rooms smell of sewage and are not cleaned regularly, lockers filthy inside from people's shoes and not being cleaned.
Lockers padlock only so nowhere to store your belongings safely if you don't have a padlock with you.
Staff not helpful too busy chatting amoungst themselves.
The gym is useless tiny hardly any equipment personal trainers dont have a clue what they are talking about nightmare trying to book classes.
The car park charges apply to people not using the facilities so you have to go in get a permit and take in back to your car after you pay for your activity or book in.
Can't pay with cash.
Timetables not always correct so can get turned away.
Children's toys and floats damaged and have mould inside.

I come to gym most days to train, I always find the instructors to be very knowledgable, approachable and helpful. In terms of gym equipment I have found that they have everything I need in terms of cardio, weights machines and free weights. Definitely no complaints from me!

So for the second time running my grandchildren have been very disappointed that they have got ready to go swimming and have not been able to! The first time we got there to find it was lanes only and not public swimming! I do wonder if lanes only would have justified the loss of entrance fees for the four families that were turned away when we were there! Today apparently there was a swimming gala taking place! Surely it wouldn’t be too hard to put on website that there would be no public swimming today. I spoke to four very upset people that had driven from Bideford for swimming! As it is the public swimming has been cut to just an hour on Sat and again on Sunday. Come on Active Torridge get it sorted!!
