This place was an amazing find, I've been struggling on and off with lower back/ hip pain for years and finally decided to do something after a particularly painful dog grooming incident!
Paul is very friendly and welcoming, I was slightly nervous, having never been to a physio before, but he put me at ease straight away. His professionalism knows no bounds, and his knowledge of the human body is quite staggering.
Paul has a genuine passion for his profession, he is enthusiastic, upbeat and has a very clear aim to get people well, mobile and out of pain. He puts together detailed exercise plans based on a thorough examination of problem areas. I can confidently say I'm now pain-free and have the tools to help myself if anything happens in the future.
I can't recommend Active Rehab Physio, Paul is also a thoroughly lovely chap who really cares about his patients.

I cant thank Paul enough for his help following my fall. He provided clear and straightforward exercise instructions and videos for me to complete at home, after demonstrating and getting me to practise in the surgery. He listened actively to my anxieties and coaxed rather than pushed me to abandon my crutches. I very much doubt I would have achieved such progress without his support. Although I am now 'signed off from active treatment', he has assured me that his door is also open. It is up to me now to continue exercising and rebuilding strength.
