Having been in regular therapy with a counsellor I am wary of someone new and was surprised by how comfortable I felt working with Ben. I was made to feel through his calm nature and gentle counselling at ease.

Having Ben listen to me was an experience, I felt I was accepted for being myself. I didn't have to wear one of of my masks and act in front of him.

I was given the opportunity to bring anything into the room to discuss. Respect is often given but rarely I accept and believe when people say things to me. Ben to me was genuine, warm and I felt cared for.

I worked with Kerry over many months. I found her to be kind, caring and compassionate. She gave me the space to explore my problems without having an agenda of her own - where I led she came alongside supporting me all the way. She was strong enough to hear things I would be worried to tell other people in my life.
