I did 10 sessions with Action Physiotherapist Jael. It was my very first experience with this kind of service. Had to admit I really enjoyed the time with Jael. She’s very professional, kind and charming person. With an amazing knowledge and understanding. Lots of passion and engagement. The number of exercises how to deal with my health issues were really useful. Plus few sessions with a massage helps me a lot to understand how my body works and what’s the best for me.

Jael is an amazing physio! I came to the practise with a meniscus issue 4 months ago, Jael put a programme in place that meant I progressively regained strength in my knee & today it’s feeling a huge amount stronger. Would highly recommend Action Harpenden & Jael.

Jael has been hugely helpful in dealing with my frozen shoulder. She adapts exercises as needed and regularly checks progress so I can see and feel the improvements made. She's an excellent physiotherapist.

Jael is highly recommended as a physio. She's hugely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my knee. She prescribed exercises for the following week, then altered these each week to further address the underlying issue. Shortly after, I was pain free and with her guidance the knee strengthened and returned to normal. She's very competent, reliable and attentive. Highly recommended.

Firstly, Jael is an absolutely brilliant physiotherapist. She helped me a lot during my sessions for whiplash. She is an expert in her field. I will always recommend her if you need a great specialist. However, the way her management treated me was very unpleasant, and because of this, I will not go back to Action again. I was using AXA to cover my session. There was some issue with payment for one of my sessions - Admin's issue. The manager of the Action did not let me explain the issue and did not give me time to contact Axa - she cancelled the session without even reaching me and asking for explanation regarding the invoice - I have been their customer for more than 4 months, and in the end, I have been treated like a criminal. I was in severe pain, and she did not even let me sort out the issue with Axa's Admin. I have paid off the session from my pocket to finish this and do not need to deal with Tambu anymore.

Jael Muzzi is a great Physiotherapist, who helped to relieve my back pain, through treatment and exercises. She explains how and why we are doing the exercises exceptionally clearly and provides great follow up emails with very detailed instructions on exercises. Highly recommended.
