We recently started working with Acticare and the period of time from our previous company to them was just such a smooth process. All the staff at Acticare could not be any more helpful especially Josh Boyman who he is polite and very professional and he has at time gone beyond his job to make sure the goods are ordered and delivered on time. The ordering process is very easy and navigating the website is a pleasure which is a refreshing change. Always a pleasure to speak with the team at Acticare. The team are so helpful, and have great product knowledge.
We place weekly orders and have the products delivered, their delivery driver (Aaron) is always friendly and polite, we are a nursing home with dementia residents and he always makes sure nobody gets out the building while he is unloading.
On top of that, the products Acticare supply are top quality and never have any problems at all.
