Always appointments available. Friendly reception staff. Good dentist who explained every step before they did it, even to the point of, "Now I'm going to tilt the chair". Seen 3 different dentists here and always the same professional service.

I paid £85 for a hygiene clean and stain remove and wish I hadn’t booked with this dental service. The receptionist was really nice and helpful but my actual treatment was not a good experience. My appointment was at 2pm, I was called at 2.25pm to be seen, no apologies for the wait. The instrument used kept poking in to my gums and I have a cut inside my lip. Stain remover made no difference to me at all. I also asked about the build up of saliva I experience when I wake up and have to spit and was told it’s normal, everyone has that. I won’t be going back to this particular dentist. My teeth feel and look pretty much the same to me. For £85 I would have expected a much more comfortable and less painful experience and a visible difference.

Update - 2 months later:
Had a hygiene clean 2 months ago, it wasn’t a good experience. I left with sore gums and a sore lip after the dentist kept accidentally poking my gums when cleaning. Ever since I left I have been feeling tiny hard grains in my mouth, I wasn’t sure what was happening. When I left the dentist I thought it was excess dirt due to the clean. The grains have been appearing regularly since the clean……Today my filling feel out. I’m very annoyed with myself for being sucked in to pay £85 for this service. I’m sure the comment after this will say that it wasn’t the dentist fault but everything was fine before.

.. they're very friendly ( especially Dr Juhi Patel ) she's very polite and doing a very good job.

I’ve known Daphne for many years now; she used to be a dental nurse when my children were younger and has been working at front desk for some time now. She’s always been gentle, kind and caring! Likewise, my current dentist, Priyanka, who also did an excellent refilling which I’m very happy about! My least favourite is having my teeth cleaned but the dental hygienist always seems thorough and great at what she does (including giving advice and recommendations)! Both the dental assistants today and the other receptionist were also wonderful! Thank you all!!! 😁

My sister and I arrived at the dentist for the first time a couple of days ago and the service really stood out to us compared to other surgeries we had been to! Daphney (apologies if spelt incorrectly) the receptionist was so helpful, kind and understanding. She really went out of her way to make sure we had all the information we had, which put us at ease.

Overall, a really great first impression!
