First time I have attended this clinic. Was nervous going for my treatment but Dr Syed Junaid talked me through it so that I felt more confident. He explained everything clearly. The assistant he had with him was also very caring and helpful, sorry I xannot rememberher name. Dr Junaid carried out the treatment brilliantly and kept making sure I was OK. He talked me through what he was doing as he went along and looked after me really well.
I am so happy with the visit and treatment that I have booked another visit.

Had an ultrasound with Dr syed junaid on some worrying lumps on my neck.I arrived very anxious and emotional and he was absolutely amazing.He was very thorough and reassuring and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone. Special mention to Louise Kean (the lady accompanying Dr syed) who was absolutely brilliant with me. Her compassion and caring nature meant a lot to me during a time I found incredibly stressful.
The whole experience was easy and very professional from booking to receiving the peace of mind I needed.

I am extremely grateful to the Acorn team. I reached out to Sidra on whatsapp, feeling very confused about steroid injection after a terrible experience at another hospital which i won't name and there no one guided me and made me feel lost. Sidra explained everything in detail, which really put me at ease.The clinic is quite busy, so there was a bit of a wait, but it was definitely worth it once I was seen. Dr. Junaid was incredibly kind and professional, and the procedure went smoothly. I’m already feeling much better. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would 100% recommend it to anyone.Top Notch customer service from start to end.

This was my first visit here. It was quite busy when I arrived but I was welcomed promptly by reception. I was taken in for treatment at the appointment time. Dr Junaid was very good and professional. He carried out my treatment very thoroughly and explained everything to me. Everyone I had dealings with was kind and helpful.

I booked an ultrasound scan for a suspected hernia on the Friday. I was seen the following Monday and booked online which was really easy to do.
The staff were extremely professional and I was seen on time. I had an answer within 10 minutes and a clinical report emailed to me within 30 minutes of the appointment. I would definitely use this clinic again in future for tests or scans.
