Ian is a very knowledgeable and qualified physio, and best of all a nice person who genuinely cares about making a positive difference to his clients' health and wellbeing. I was suffering with some lower back pains, which were also spreading to my legs and some stiffness in my right knee, but after just a few sessions with Ian and some targeted stretching moves every day, I was feeling back to normal in no time. Highly recommended!

I have seen Ian for two different problems over the past few months - one related to my elbow and one my back. He was amazingly supportive and flexible with times for me to see him when I got a sudden back problem and helped hugely both at his practice and with home exercises. For my elbow we did a varied treatment plan using exercise and acupuncture. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian.

Ian at Achieve Physio was really thorough in his assessment and treatment of groin and back problems that I had been suffering with for some time. He has a friendly, professional approach and really seemed to know his stuff. Happy to say I'm back to full fitness regularly playing football and golf again!

I injuries my back at that gym as I slipped 3 discs in my lower back.
I had been to my gp and had the normal MRI scan and was told to rest.
For the first 4 weeks I was getting worse and at one point I could not even walk. I went to see Ian and in one session I was able to stand up and walk.
After a further 5 sessions with Ian , I am now back to work and on the mend.
I would highly recommend Ian.

I was very impressed with the treatment I received from Ian. He went to great lengths to explain the physiology of the back, where the problem was, and showed me some useful exercises after treatment. My back improved in no time and I would highly recommend Ian.
