From my experience - completely shambolic - I reached out in desperation while my coordinator was on leave and I was talked over every time I spoke. My depression got so low I went to my GP and I was promised a phone call that day. 6 days later - nothing! I could not get in the disabled access as the door has a piece of wood you can not get over in a standard wheelchair - it has exasperated my feelings that you can not get help.
