Josh and Hayley support my son and daughter who have complex special needs. They are both understanding of my children's needs. They offer a friendly professional service and are flexible in their approach and have been accommodating to short notice changes. Josh has been extremely understanding as my son had surgery a couple of months ago so this along with his high anxiety has meant he hasn't been ready to resume his support yet but this hasn't been a problem. They have an excellent rapport with my children who enjoy spending time with them. I feel completely at ease when they are with them which offers me some respite. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Acclaimed Care.

I needed inhouse care having had a crisis team for 6 weeks during first lockdown to help look after my husband who has dementia. I had a list supplied by Social Services and I chose Acclaimed Car as they were accredited and the registered address is nearby. Hayley and Danielle came to discuss David's care needs and were fully conversant and professional giving me confidence to use their services. Since that time I have nothing but praise for their services/care providing David with both stimulus and good care. They have also included my wellbeing in their visits and go above and beyond the job title of carer and always with a kind word and a smile. More than once Josh dropped everything to come to my rescue and they continue to be aware of both our needs and provide extra care and attention as and when required. Well done guys.

Acclaimed care swung into action to support my Mum, and so the family, as we found ourselves needing more carers quite suddenly. They were the most responsive agency when I had been researching help available previously, so I contacted them when the need arose. Josh responded to every email almost by the return. so the process was quick and efficient. An assessment visit was arranged with Hayley within a day or so and she was able to come and meet Mum with the proposed carer. Their friendly easy manner meant Mum took to both of them immediately and was quite happy for them to come back and spend time with her. Although we needed regular "companion" visits in the afternoon, they were able to offer a personal care visit at short notice when a regular morning carer was unable to attend. Mum was very happy and relaxed with her Acclaimed Care. I could not recommend this company enough. Their professional yet compassionate approach has really helped us as a family through a difficult time.

I dont know where we would be now if i hadn't phoned Josh and Hayley of Acclaimed Care, in desperation last October.
My 82 year old mum was in need of help but she was reluctant to seek help as she is very independent and didn't like me talking about care homes so, i had to find some help for mum and i thought it would be tricky finding someone who my mum would take to. Well, there was no reason for mum to be alarmed as she and Hayley and Josh get on so well, i haven't heard mum laugh so much for years and she is a changed woman.
Mum says Hayley is like part of the family and having her visit daily is the best thing that has happened to her for years.
Hayley does more so much more for mum than i would ever think a carer did and nothing she does is too much trouble.
