My brother passed away in December last year and was cared for by Laura and her team, I want to publicly thank her and her team for the last 5 years that they looked after my brother, he called them his girls and said they were more like friends who came in to see him every day rather than paid carers, my brother was receiving home care for over 30 years with frequent changes of caters due to long stays in hospital and new care plans having to be set up, so he has experienced pretty much all the care provided at one time or another and I can only remember him saying how good Laura and her girls were, I don’t want to name them all in case I miss someone out, but I can’t think of a better recommendation than my brother saying they are friends who pop in every day to see me, that was so comforting as I live a considerable distance away from him, I can’t thank them enough for making what turned out to be his last 5 years the happiest they could be in the circumstances, thank you so much and it will always mean a lot to me, if you are looking for a carer for a relative this is the only team to engage especially if you live a distance away as I did, they kept me informed all the way, Robert

Absolutely outstanding carers and company, the manager really does know how to give you all the support and advice you need with no pressure at all. After searching through care companies, meeting different ones, access2care were by far the best. Very person centred and interacted with my Grandad so well. We felt as ease and were happy with the level of knowledge and training staff had. It is brilliant in respect of my grandad met all his carers within the first week and was very happy with the same faces. As a family we are all comforted by the care and attention he receives. I recently had to engage the fantastic support and service of Access2care to help with the care of my elderly mum. Although she was suffering from Dementia, all staff involved treated her with respect, care and dignity. Nothing was too much trouble and I was always kept informed of any daily changes and concerns. The management and team were professional at all times and treated mum like one of the family! They were her ‘ladies’ who came in to help with her daily well-being. Unfortunately, mum suffered a fall and had to go into a nursing home, but I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Access2care for any personal or care needs for your loved ones.

Laura and her wonderful team of carers have done everything possible to ensure that my sister, who has advanced Parkinson's and mild dementia, can remain comfortable and cared for in her own home. On a daily basis and in times of emergency, the service they have provided has been excellent. At a time when community care in this country is in a state of crisis, Access2Care is a local company that can be relied upon to provide high quality care at all times.

The Carers have shown great passion to both my wife and myself during the past few years. They have shown dedication to duty sometimes in difficult situations. They willingly tend to our personal needs and do small chores around the house and leave us in a comfortable situation until the next visit. Recently following the passing of my wife they have given me great support at a very upsetting time.

If you are going to use this company, please ensure you have a few indoor cameras so that you can check that agreed care plan is followed and you can then check when the invoice arrives
