I am writing this with very heavy heart that treatment I received today at ACAD at AML Middlesex hospital left me in tears and heartbroken. I had today a long awaited overdue surgery and unfortunately I had no idea who actually did it. Surgeon didn’t show his face neither pre nor post operation despite my request that I want to speak doctor and ask what had been done and how the treatment is progressing. Even in theatre, no one came in front and introduced himself as surgeon and I have strong gut feeling that it’s performed by some trainee without my consent. I am feeling utterly awful that why I had been treated like this. It’s not only here, when spoke to in charge nurse that I can’t have the prescribed drug as an pain killer she simply said that everyone had been given same and if need something else I can buy over the counter and doctors are busy with other patients and have no time to see me and she delivered this msg with zero empathy. I am legal citizen of this country and paying hefty amount of tax and had been sent home immediate after surgery with no painkillers and antibiotics and left me on the mercy of GP. And if doctors had no time for me why I had been called for surgery, just to tick the box. I also want to raise this as a racial discrimination because other patients had different kind of treatment and proper protocol followed.

ACAD center/abbey suite in central Middlesex hospital. Surprisingly good and great patient care. I have been admitted for major knee operation yesterday and it's the first time in the UK the first two operations done together and other surgeons from Europe were observing.

Thank you to the consultant Mr bhatte night nurses latiesha Cait and Alina and yesterday Danielle Mimi and surishta and all the nurses thank you very much I am staying at the abbey suite which is fantastic and clean.
The physio Victoria rocks top Physio... And Nima fantastic nurse short stuffed but doing a great job. As well as Maureen who has an absolutely beautiful smile and manors..
Top surgeon Charlene a great surgeon and a fantastic human being.. dhorrem a fantastic nurse had to deal with my tantrums...
