Tilly is great at creating a relaxed, safe space for your session. She works with the individual to create a unique experience which is adapted according to your reactions.
I definitely felt relaxed super quickly, which is unlike me.

Tilly is a very welcoming and friendly professional person. She makes you feel relaxed and at ease immediately when talking to her in her beautiful peaceful haven.
Her treatment is something I have never experienced before but you feel like a totally different person afterwards. You just feel so much lighter and calmer. I cannot recommend Tilly enough!!!

I had never been to an Access Bars treatment session before and was unsure what to expect so kept an open mind! I had a 90 minute session which was a very thoughtful birthday present from my sister! Tilly was very warm, friendly and welcoming and made me feel very relaxed in a beautiful peaceful environment! She explained how the Access Bars treatment worked and I found the treatment process deeply relaxing and healing! About 20 minutes into the session I had a bad coughing session so Tilly stopped the treatment and I went to the open door for some fresh air. Tilly explained that this sometimes happens when a past negative experience or blockage is being cleared. After the session I felt very light and relaxed and over the next few days noticed a lot of neck and shoulder tension had gone! I would recommend Tilly and this lovely healing Access Bars treatment and hope to book some more sessions in the New Year!

A friend told me about Tilly and her amazing work so I gave it go and I have to say it has had a really positive effect on my life. I feel refreshed and ready to deal with anything that may come along whereas before I would have avoided or dismissed certain situations. Work life is better as my stress levels have been reduced as a result of access bar treatment.
I will definitely be having more sessions moving forward.
I would recommend to anyone who is reading these reviews to try it. You won't regret it.
