We used AA Taxi Service throughout our entire holiday in Alnwick and couldn’t have been happier with the service. They were incredibly reliable from start to finish – always arriving on time, with clean and comfortable cars, and friendly drivers who knew the area really well. It made a huge difference to our trip knowing we could depend on them every day, whether it was for short local journeys or longer trips out of town. Used twice during a trip to Northumberland, one long trip, one shorter one. Helpful on phone when booking ahead with immediate text confirmation of time and price. We had the same friendly driver both times. Both times arrived within 5 mins either side of booked time and able to track driver en route so could see exactly when to be outside waiting. Thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant service. Super friendly on the phone and really helpful figuring out how to get me to my boat in Seahouses on time and flexible about my train delay. Arrived perfectly on time and had great conversations with Paul the driver. All in all, the interactions with AA Taxis were absolutely lovely and part of what made my day so suburb.. And without them, I would not have seen my first puffins today.

Got taxi 4.2 miles 2 days ago and got charged 12quid. it was 11am no traffic straight run. i was a bit shocked it was that much. Where i live i can get a taxi 6miles for 11quid. maybe thats why the driver can afford to drive a top of range merc for a taxi.
apart from that taxi guy was nice guy friendly so i give them 3 stars

My wife and I visiting Alnwick in our motorhome. Got caught out in bad weather last night and the female radio operator managed to find us a cab on a very busy night. She was really friendly and helpful.
