Adam at this testing centre is a hero! Our 48 hour PCR test were lost by another company and we were stranded at Gatwick trying to get to Morocco. We booked an emergency test online with this clinic which had loads of availability and our results were back in 23 minutes!!! We received an email and a paper certificate with results. We were very stressed and Adam made us feel calm and even made us a cup of tea while we waited for the results (it was quiet that morning so he had time. Not sure he has time to do that for all customers!!) He literally saved our holiday! I would recommend this center for all your covid testing needs. Five stars ?

This service saved our holiday. After being refused to fly due to second jab being to long ago. We had to reschedule our flights for the next day. I was abit sceptical of the place at first as it seemed to good be to true but Adam done our test and even let us stay to wait for the results to get us on our way from Gatwick to Heathrow! It was very cold and raining and I’m sure mentioning the charging port and tea he will remember me and the mrs. Top top service. Worked to get us to Italy and then to Morocco.

Paid for results by 11pm same day, and results arrived next morning at 9am!!

And there was no way to reach a human being after 11pm. So I had to pay for another PCR in the morning at Heathrow as my flight was departing at 10am.
Unreliable service!!... Do not use!!... Express test works very well at Heathrow.

Booked an appointment for urgent test as advertised for a friend to catch a flight on same night and once arrived place suppose to be opened until 9pm but no one in the building at 7:30pm and photo uploaded is at 08:13pm no site of anyone in the building, money has been taking and not sure if we will be able to get a refund

Terrible experience in this place. The staff wasn't well-train to do the test. She didn't scroll 6 times in nose and throat to get right sample which took not even 30 seconds. At the end of the day, the document sent made a big mistake of writing the wrong personal information and made no correction afterward!! Not recommended!

DO NOT USE. Booked an appointment for 7.45pm and nobody was then when I arrived. Workers in the office next to it said the person working had gone home hours ago. Nobody answers the phone, and Ive been sending emails to get a refund but nobody answers.

Rocked up at this place as a mad rush as we found out we needed tests to travel the following day. Turned up with no appointment and was greeted by a very friendly
Person who helped book the tests and get our tests done for us. He was very professional and friendly, there are places closer to me to get these tests done but I’d come back here the next time I need to.
