I used to have regular, fairly painful physio for shoulders, neck and knee. Toni was recommended to me and suggested I try Bowen's. I was sceptical at first due to the less intrusive and more relaxing nature of the treatment but the effects have been excellent. Toni is a very friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and professional therapist who listens and responds with new techniques to alleviate different problems. Toni has been looking after both me and my husband for many years. She resolved issues for both of us after bad falls. Since then she has gone on the treat my husband for his ME and me for long covid symptoms and arthritis. I have been having Bowen treatment for quite some time on and off with Toni. I have had Bowen for ongoing back and knee problems which are connected to my pelvis and the treatment really is so effective. I’ve also had sporadic treatments for anxiety and for a general reboot and I've always felt that it has done wonders for my well-being. I have received many Bowen treatments from Toni. I don’t know how she does it but all I can say is that she has magic hands. Her friendly, warm manner puts you at complete ease as soon as you arrive. During lockdown last year I was in bed recovering from a back operation and I was also lucky to receive distance Pellowah healing from Toni. I cannot tell you how much better I felt after this, not only physically but emotionally. The experience was mind blowing.
