Well where do I begin!! I joined EKA in January 2023 and have been attending ever since!! I absolutely enjoy it and try and train a minimum of 4 x a week!! The classes are varied and led by instructors who are exceptionally experienced full of energy and enthusiasm motivating the class at all times. Inspired by the teaching I took up personal training in April 2023 to help achieve my personal goals which are still ongoing! I am currently red belt! 2 stones lighter and a much happier healthier me!! I cannot recommend this club enough!! The instructors are extraordinary and the club members are so welcoming friendly and so encouraging of each other! As I’ve said before my only regret is not discovering the club much sooner!!

Very handy for me as I live over the rd...Highly recommended..I like to concentrate on my stand up @ this gym& I do Brazilian jujitsu else where, I train locally so I have kick boxing across the rd and a 10min drive ,Gracie Barra so I'm spoilt...iv not been @ a Gym for a few monthes due to health.but Nothing has changed....

Since being a member at EKA, I have noticed that every instructor has a drive to inspire an motivate everyone is unmissable & there passion for the sport is inspiring others everyday/ class. I like the fact there's limit on the class size, which helps when you don't understand how to do something or unsure, then the instructor is never far away or too busy. Every time I finish a session, I feel that motivated that I just want to book in again, I have noticed a great change in my progression, simple moves I thought were hard at the start are now becoming easier.

My 2 boys both attend the EKA - they absolutely love it. They find it welcoming and fun and the sessions are inclusive of all ages and levels , they have both come a long way since they joined back at the start of the year. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about joining. I’ve found the staff members running the sessions to be engaged and approachable and after looking at a few martial art type places before I think EKA is very reasonable in price. Especially when you are paying for 2. Highly recommend.

I've been with Elemental Kickboxing Leeds since June 2021 and I have been truly enjoying my classes. The classes push you to your limits which can be challenging but so accomplishing at the same time. You get to learn proper kickboxing technique and you don't have to use beginner classes only if you are a beginner, you can pop into the mixed abilities classes and all the classes are very accommodating to your level of fitness and kickboxing journey. I even tried their flexibility programme and it definitely has improved my flexibility which helps a lot with kicks. Another thing to add is that you don't need to have equipment if you are not sure of fully committing yourself yet as these are provided if you don't have your own. The club instructors are all really friendly and we have a good laugh whenever we are not out of breath or not feeling our legs anymore :D.

I have been attending EKA since 2015 and have always found the instructors and fellow members supportive and friendly. The club is very dedicated to fitness and helping its members progress. If you are considering kickboxing as a hobby or want to get your black belt I would highly recommend EKA. There are plenty of classes each week to suit everyone’s timetable and you will always leave feeling like you have achieved!

I wanted to try a hobby that would get me moving and had a community vibe and I found Elemental. Everyone is really nice, they always have time for my questions and to show me moves im struggling with. Its nice being part of a community that all cheer for each other.
