Flex Physiotherapy Burgess Hill, has a great gym facility and amazing coaching advice which goes into extensive detail around rehabilitation and recovery. In my case I saw Alex who helped me with my knee as it was swollen. Due to applying pressure on my joints in sport. With Alex's help and advice I was provided with varies exercises to strengthen and recover my knee. I followed a 12 week exercise program on the app MoveHealth all provided within the service. My knee has now made a full recovery.

I have had a superb course of treatment at Flex Physiotherapy after a knee injury incurred whilst skiing. When I started with Matt Lee I was limping badly with no sign of improvement. Excellent treatment from Matt. He was very thorough. He explained what he could see on the scan and what was happening with my wrist. The injection wasn't too uncomfortable and Matt was very reassuring. Two weeks post injection now and my symptoms are greatly reduced, it has definitely helped.

At the age of 60 I started to suffer from pain in my lower back, which initially I ignored. However, after a few months I found that this was hindering my hobbies of cycling, mountain walking & wild camping. I has an initial consultation with Matt, who was able to identify what was causing my problem. He gave me an exercise programme to follow, and I am very pleased to say that my symptoms have significantly reduced. I now have a series of exercises to do long term which will enable me to get on top of my problem and fully engage with my hobbies again.
Matt is very friendly and motivating, so I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Alex agreed to meet me at very short notice and pre-ordered two alternative braces for me to try. He fitted me with a suitable OSSUR brace and also refitted my existing Unloader Brace, that hadn’t been purchased through his clinic, but was giving me grief. The whole experience was relaxed, efficient and he took great care to make sure I felt confident and comfortable, before I left.
