Sarah, Mandy and Rosie are very good there. However I did witness other staff laughing at a vulnerable patient there which was unacceptable. Would'nt frequent there too long as they start to turn on you. Need an alternative place in Basingstoke so there is another option.

I haven't even used their services and it's a 1 star from me. I was given their details by my GP, and also in a letter from the Bridge Centre. I phoned them optimistically, only to be met with the most unhelpful, uncompassionate receptionist (I wish I'd got her name but I couldn't wait to get off of the phone!)

From the get go she had a bad attitude, told me that their number is being handed out willy-nilly by doctors (As if that's my fault?) and asked me what the problem is. She kept repeating herself, and asking me what help I'm after, but I was simply following the guidance of my GP and was hoping that maybe she could answer that for me. I had my mum next to me for support, and at one point the woman commented saying "Sorry but who am I speaking to as I'm hearing two voices" In a patronising rude tone. At which point my patience had finally run out and I politely said that I didn't like her attitude and I hung up.

An amazing Safe place where you can find support from both staff and visitors alike. They let you be the judge of what to tell them and they are always willing to listen without rushing to either judgment or ideas of how to solve your problems but rather help you find a solution you’re self. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for support and help to get back to a place where you can cope with what ever life throws at you both the good and the bad.

Got referred here & to start with it was ok but I haven't been able to attend for a couple of months now & even missed my review with Lottie & not once has anyone had the decency to call me & ask why they haven't seen or heard from me in so long or how I'm doing.

I thought that this place was supposed to be there to support people experiencing different stages & varieties of mental health issues but clearly none of them give a s**t.

If your suicidal like a was during the time I couldn't attend here then you can forget any support you thought that these people where there to provide or for them to even pick up the phone & call to see if your still alive.

It's a real shame that there's no decent help & support available for mental health patients in & around Basingstoke unless you can afford to pay £60+ for private counselling services which a lot of people can't nowadays, including myself.

I honestly wouldn't hold your breath if you want these people to care & offer you any help trying to manage your depression/anxiety & ease some of life's difficulties etc as if for any reasons you can't attend here then you are just nonexistent.
