Absolutely useless, one of the worst surgeries I've ever had the misfortune to have to visit. Took several attempts to have a prostate inspection. They really didn't want to do it. Asked for a blood test for my ongoing raised bp, was instructed to go to a surgery in Ware. All the way there on a Sat morning,only to be told' we don't do blood tests on a Sat' The surgery told me I can't go to the hospital on a Sat to have a blood test. Then the nurse told me I can. Then they said I can't. I give up and will have to move. Useless.

If it was possible to leave no stars i would, probably the worst surgery i have ever experienced, and this is what we pay our NI for! Asked for a telephone appointment with a doctor response “ not available today” my response “ no problem next week will be fine” the response from the surgery “ it will be a few weeks!” Then advised to phone back Monday as urgent. Surely all wrong why would i want to take an urgent appointment away from someone in need?

Never had a problem. I have been using the surgery for the past 4 years and I have always felt listened to and given a good service. Yes appointments can be difficult to get sometimes but if you explain they are always there to help. And what surgery doesn't have long phone wait times in the middle of a pandemic.

Called up for an appointment relating to mental health some months ago, and was told to go A&E if it was urgent otherwise it would be at least a month before I'd get an appointment. Partner has also had bad experiences, being told to "lose more weight" and that they "won't bother referring because it will just get lost" for chronic pain which he had even when he was slim. To say that we are both disgusted would be an understatement.

Excellent service - rang this morning and was Thirtieth in queue which moved quickly. Was through to Receptionist by 9 , Doctor rang at 9.30, prescription sent to chemist. Very impressed.

I personally have never had a problem getting a call back or face to face appointment. Obviously depends on the problem. The receptionists are polite and informative considering the pressure they are under.

sadly after 10 years of great service from this GP surgery my parents were failed by them today. After much chasing for a referal for my parents the helpful receptionist said, after a heated chat, if my mother and father were not happy with the surgery maybe they should move to a new one. One has cancer and one is partially sighted To say I was horrified is an understatement. What a shocking way to treat elderly patients
