Following the Brow Medical Centre pharmacists advice I dropped in at 10 am to arrange an e appointment, I was called back on time, the Dr then made a face to face appointment for 4:15 the same day and I was seen on time and home with the the medication I needed by 5 pm! So big thanks to the pharmacist, the receptionist and the Dr for delivering such a joined up and patient friendly service.

The Brow Medical Centre is exceptional. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I find the e-consult service really helpful and normally hear back from a doctor the same day or the day after. The doctors are caring and have always provided an excellent service. Would highly recommend the surgery.

What a bunch of that's.
Wife went for blood test yesterday, told by doctor would be referred to hospital.
Today reception sent her a text message with a link.
Shock it's a link to cancer referral, something not mentioned by the doctor.
Update. She died no thanks a PRH consultant who couldn't arrange the right pain relief.

Great team. I’ve just recently joined this practice and so far I can not fault it. Communication is on point, my care has been professional & flowed, I really feel I am finally getting to the bottom of my problem. Scarlett your nurse has been lovely and extremely helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name of your receptionist, but she was working on the 25.1.24 am. She’s always smiley and has been very helpful. Thank you all. X

The brow is my surgery, and I know it’s hard being supported and even being understood by Dr’s or receptionists, and staff. However, I’m grateful for this surgery, and I’m grateful that we are able to have an NHS service and for what you do. Often NHS gets a bad reputation, but there’s Dr’s, nurses, midwives and receptionist in this surgery, that works really hard and that truly cares about a patient’s health and needs. Thank you for your hard work! You are valued!

The Receptionist (Charlie)was so polite,Listened,patient, asked the right questions and gave the relaxing answers.
My Appointment with the Doctor Lucy Bourne was Approx 3hrs later after a Phone call after lunch time .
She was so patient,precise and reassuring.
She was so nice .
I Am not a regular at the Surgery (I’m pleased to say) - Not hopefully using NHS resources ,but sincerely thank you all for your care and attention.

Unfortunately like other surgeries they are overwhelmed and only take call appointments initially. If you don’t make a call to them by 9 - 9:30 all appointments will be gone. When you finally get seen after much frustration, they handle you well as expected or better then.
