Excellent food. Super Friendly staff, all work with a smile on their face. Huge range of activities including basketball and tennis and music room. Set in an ideal semi rural location. In huge grounds with a lot of green space.

Was there for 6 months on 1:1 some of the staff absolutely wonderful others was absolutely awful. Hated the place. Nothing to do there no therapy no help. Was very poorly and wouldn't send me to hospital.

This is the best Hospital I've ever been in. The care is magnificent. All you have to do is engage with the wonderful staff and you will get so much out of this place.

I was a patient here for about a month,I was threatened,assaulted and abused by fellow patients and staff.I certainly wouldn't recommend it,unless you were looking for a fight,as I found the environment very violent.Yet the staff didn't seem that concerned especially the Director Alex and Grace the manager,who appeared to be racist towards me,because I was white.You can guess obviously what colour she was which is the opposite.Having said,I am now due to issue court proceedings for medical negligence and poor care.If possible,do not go near the place,especially when you find out they charge nearly £5k a week,whilst abusing patients.Not sure how the CQC were conned,as I noted it was all show,as I found fault with the care not given,and patients fight like pack dogs.

Very concerned about the on goings in this hospital, especially after watching the dispatches program that was on tv last night, you all better start doing your jobs properly and stop neglecting patients, shame on you all

been there,not enough staff which means nothing gets done.cock ups on the medication and small portions of food.agency staff which means not up to date.the whole place was a shambles and i think this place could do with a inspection of some sorts
