The staff at the med centre are great, however the gentleman in the pharmacy need to be taught some manners and how to be respectful. When being given a prescription from the doctor I dread going up to the chemist and having to have in interaction with them pharmacist in there, he is not the best and makes you feel stupid when talking to him, never a smile or a hello just not a nice experience.

When coming in there is usually a very long wait even with your appointment time there have been times I’ve been waiting an extra 40 minutes

However all this being said when need to get help for either me or my little boy there are always happy to help and get us seen.

Could you please train your staff properly in that pharmacy..so rude and annoying .customer service is awful in that pharmacy. The gentleman who ever his name is and the lady from eastern Europe.

Surge commander or whatever he is, absolute clown guy has zero knowledge and has openly prescribed med that are dangerous to pregnant women more then once, failed to do check correctly and skips over important info. Complaint will be going in for his incompetence and clear lack of professionalism.
