So arrived for our meal today .
3 meals arrived one without peas and one without vegetables ordered .
4 people had ordered 3 meals arrived until I asked if I’d been forgotten.
I had been forgotten and they arrived with mine after asking again what my order was with a beef dinner 15 minutes after everyone else had eaten .
I was told we can take a little of the bill however I refused the meal as everyone had eaten theirs .
Personally this was the worse service iv experienced.

I'd like to say Dr Solomon and, Dr Riza have been very thorough and caring towards me and my symptoms over the last couple of weeks. Thank you, ladies and a big shout out for Connor on reception who got to me in the queue and I was number 12, within ten minutes on the morning of the 22nd of july 2024 and a big shout out to Tracy and Jane also part of the team.

This place is abhorrent. I have been with them since 2019 and and have never had a pleasant experience.

It takes forever to get a hold of them, when you try book an appointment in person they say that they have no available appointments for the next 4 weeks so...(basically sort yourself out I guess)

The receptionists are so rude.

They changed my appointment when I showed up for it.

This place needs to be shut down because they are putting people's lives in danger!!

Hard to book an appointment and harder for the staff to get back to you!!
They called me 4 months later on my scan results. It seriously took them 4 months.
They called me in to get the results and told me what time to come but when i arrived, the surgery was closed.
Like for real!!
I have no idea how they operate this place.

My wife rang at 830 to make an appointment, sat on hold for over 30 mins to be told there are no more appointments and would have to call back tomorrow. She then rang 111 and explained what was wrong, they advised to ring back this surgery and tell them they needed to see her within the hour. Unsurprisingly when she rang back, this surgery refused that request. Just an absolute embarrassment of a doctor's surgery, you wonder if they ever read these reviews.

One of the worst NHS Surgery ever! I would have absolutely given a negative rating if there was an option. This Surgery is an example of poor NHS management that are failing to support new patients.

I’ve recently moved into the local area with my family due to my active service in the Armed Forces. My family tried to register with this surgery almost a month ago and we are still waiting. The surgery is apparently suffering from the lack of staff and are unable to register new patients for the foreseeable future. When asked about the need to arrange a new NHS appointment for my family, the staff shrugged us off with no regards to our medical requirement. It looks like the staff do not wish to lean-in and support new patients.

This NHS surgery clearly has issues with staff shortages but the current staff and management team could perhaps do with little education on how to support new patients from the Forces families. Very disappointed with its lack of service and poor management!

I have called them over 9 times during thr course of 3 weeks to book for an appointment. They keep saying oh we will call you today and tell you about conformation of appointment and a doctor will call me.
During the course of 9 calls. I call them and ask what happened to my appointment and why has the doctor not called me.
They can definitely be better at telling you about your next at that particular phone call.

If I could give zero stars I would!

Gave birth 8 weeks ago, was told that they would contact me with an appointment for my daughters 8 week jabs and for my check up!

I chased multiple times over the telephone and in person to be told someone would contact me… called when my daughter was 8 weeks to be told that the nurse is fully booked and doesn’t understand why I hadn’t been given an appointment!

This is not the first time I have had issues with this Dr’s surgery, was for something worse!

Patient neglect!

I will be looking for another surgery!
