If I could give zero stars I would. Impossible to call and speak to a human. You need a pin number to book an appointment. But if you don't know the pin the admin department never pick up the phone. If you call to make an appointment the queue if full and you're asked to call back later and it's always full. Utterly ridiculous and disgraceful practice. If you can register somewhere else you should.

Can't get an appointment ever, phone call or online. Reception team is INCREDIBLY unhelpful and have no understanding at all - if Dr Baker wasn't there, i'd have switched GP's - can't recommend at all!!!!

What a useless clinic.
You can never get through. The place closes between 1 and 2pm for lunch.
The automated system doesn't work.
The attitude of staff is usually agitated, short and passive aggressive.
Some of the GPs at this practice are nothing short of incompetent.
It's just utterly pointless trying to get an appointment, order a repeat prescription or basically use the service as intended.
It's embarrassing to say the least - the whole place needs to be reinvented from top to bottom.
Shameful.

My husband and I have never had any problems or issues with this practice. The receptionist s we find are amazing. So helpful and kind. Drs we have found to be lovely. Yesterday my husband had to go to the nurse to have an arm wound looked at by the nurse to see if it was healing ok and there was no infection.which is what the surgeon instructed him to do. The nurse called abi was quite rude, and demoralising saying it’s a waste of time , wether she was having a bad day he didn’t know but he came out quite annoyed. The receptionist called Yvonne who I told about it. Sorted him out with an appointment to get a note from the dr. So thank you Yvonne for being so helpful and understanding.

Shocking place. I never use the Doctor's hardly and the one time I need an appointment you get mucked around, either by getting Put in a phone queue that ring you back 3 hours later saying ring back at 2 which then they don't answer and phone cuts out constantly.

So you go down to book and the women at reception has zero compassion was like we are fully booked this week and next call 111 or ring back between 8 & 2 which I said I did but you don't answer the bloody phone!

It looks like they've taken on way too many people as it was heaving inside so even if you got an appointment you'd be waiting awhile to be seen.

Absolutely terrible service every time, final straw when you call for a baby with a referral from 111 and they still won't see you because "no appointments left" even when you're number 4 in the queue it takes over an hour to get through so how can you ever get an appointment. The place is a shambles

I cannot fault the team at the Grange and I’ve been a patient with them for over 30 years.. During Covid I became unwell and had it not been for Dr Thornton’s swift care I may not be here typing this. Then during the cancer diagnosis / treatment I received because of his actions I was then supported by my GP who went above and beyond to ensure I was ok for over a year. She’d come back from maternity leave at that point and I valued her so much as prior to that she’d diagnosed me with a heart condition very swiftly too.
Yes the phone lines are busy but once answered I find the staff polite and helpful. Some who were extremely caring during my Covid & Cancer experience. They now offer other online options to book too and they are very helpful. My Patient Access account is brilliant too.
We should be grateful to have these professionals who go above and beyond to help us. Remember they are human too and be kind always . Thanks Team Grange . Myself and my family think you’re OUTSTANDING.
