Whenever I use to diet I always found it difficult to stick to after a few weeks. But since using Daventry Wellness my mind set about dieting and food in general has changed. It really has helped me build in confidence and helped me stay on track with my diet and exercise. Which has lead to a much better self esteem. I can’t thank Kate enough for her help and for making me look at things in a different light and for getting me through the times of self doubt, where I did just want to give up.

After over a year of dieting on and off, I decided I needed to look a bit deeper into my eating habits as I always ended up putting the weight back on I’d lost.

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking at weight loss. A really detailed approach, with a great support network of people going through the same thing.
