We have nothing but praise for Bruton surgery. We've never struggled to get an appointment - in fact their online triaging service is fantastic and we have always had a very quick response. We even had a wonderful GP from Bruton phone us while we were on holiday in rural France when our son was very unwell. They were so helpful and reassuring - as are all of the staff we've encountered. Bruton Surgery has been my family doctors for all of my life. Recently they have managed quite a complex medication review with myself and they have dealt with it in such a human way and have been responsive and professional throughout. They have made a very stressful time manageable. Thank you!

GPs and nurses are lovely and the care I received was great, but the receptionists are insanely rude for some reason - they certainly embody the stereotype of an NHS receptionist (rude, blunt, uncaring, ignoring you, challenging whatever you say, etc).

Wow. What an attitude from Laura Rayland. Her tone of voice and rudeness was astounding. No customer service skills, unwillingness to listen or understand the situation. It was my way or the highway. Very disappointed. Would not listen disgusting attitude. Shame on you.

Judge mental drs telling you dont need any treatments or referrals registered else where i changed gp surgery and my god far better and happy to refer patients and do tests that are required
And medical records that are all messed up and confusing gp at another surgery disagreed with everything that was said and done by gps at bruton and finally getting answers to why I suffer badly with abdo pains nothing to do with ibs and disagree about mental health problems
