I took my 3 1/2 year old Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla to Stem Cell vets in September 2023 to have stemcell treatment, blood rich plasma and joint replacement fluid in September last year at Stemcell vets in Bruton also know as Bruton vets.
After having four months of rest I started walking her off lead in February and on 11th June, she had to be put to sleep as she had arthritis in both hips, elbows, one knee and spondylitis in the spine.
I added above to a Facebook post where someone was asking if their dog had the treatment and they deleted it. As they deleted it, I added a comment on their Instagram page and they also deleted and blocked on both of their pages.

I think our two dogs and a cat receive(d) very thorough and professional care from Bruton Vets. They take time to explain all the options and are non-judgemental about my unwillingness to pay for some of the ‘optional’ add ins and/or my decision to postpone some procedures. They were particularly sensitive around the end of life decision for our cat.

I’ve had both of my cats registered with Bruton vets and the end of life care provided by them for my first was absolutely outstanding. My newest edition is a rare breed cat, Rosy and Charlotte have always provided the most brilliant service, I always feel confident in their advice and wouldn’t register anywhere else! The reception team and nurses are absolutely lovely too. Thank you Bruton vets?

We used to be with you and still see your vet if ours (in Trudoxhill) is closed due to short staff/out-of-hours and we are always very pleased with the standard of care, the willingness to go the extra mile, and, especially, the very clear and detailed explanations around differential diagnosis and management - it's so important to make sure people go away fully understanding situations and you are very strong on that, much appreciated. Obviously also - very nice people and love for/respect for other's love of beasts. Thank you for a good service, Andrew

My cat broke one of her legs and from the time I rushed her to the vet she was given 5 star care. She had to stay at the vets for 4 nights before she had an operation. I was able to get a sometimes twice daily report on her progress and it was clear that she was given personal service. I was even asked what food she most liked! She is recovering really well and I am pleased we have such a good local vet in Bruton.

We have both of our dogs registered with the practice, and have always been extremely happy with the treatment they have received. When our Labrador had a serious ligament problem, they did not rush straight into expensive invasive treatment, but recommended that we try a more conservative approach first. Sadly that didn't work, and he did go on to major surgery. Yes it was expensive, but it was done by a specialist, and the care throughout was fantastic, I was able to call for advice at any time during his long recovery. I find all the staff friendly and approachable, and have recommended the practice to several people.

The team at Bruton is just fantastic. I have been taking my JRT here for the past three years and the service has been consistently professional but also, personal, throughout.
They call my pet by name and seem to remember her each time which really makes you feel valued as a customer. The care they have provided throughout the ongoing treatment my pet receives due to allergies has been above and beyond - so supportive!
I cannot praise them enough or be more grateful!
