I wish I could give a better review, especially after this place came highly recommended by locals. However, my experience was disappointing. I recently moved to the area and suspect I may have been given a 'tourist price'. I was charged £180 for a diagnostic, despite already telling them the three issues with my car. I was only seeking a quote, which came to £1500—excluding a windscreen replacement. So for just the airbag and heating, I was quoted £1500. Paying £180 just for a quote which is more than half the value of my car, felt unreasonable. I was especially shocked after hearing that others have had work done or consultations for free. This experience left me feeling overcharged and undervalued as a customer.

Miles from home and my coolant warning alarm sounded, as I was near this garage I stopped in to buy some coolant. They very kindly topped it up for me there and then with no charge, and we were back on our way, thank you so much!
