I have always received the utmost excellent care and kindness from the doctors, nurses and reception staff. We are blessed to have them and I cannot speak too highly of their compassion and willingness to give their time.

Dr Fang was fantastic with my mother following a fall. Unable to leave the house, he saw her at home having been in touch with us beforehand by phone after our online request..all on the same day. He was reassuring and gave us confidence in his advice - he also took time with mum, was patient and encouraging

Visited the dermatology centre for a biopsy and all went well. Plenty of parking, seen on time, really strong WiFi signal. All very professional. Just one visit but no complaints at all.

I constantly read the press with tales of woe regarding access to GPs this is not the case at Buckden Surgery. The now embedded triage email system used at Buckden is superb and very responsive to the needs of patients. I used it this morning which led to another excellent consultation with Dr Fang. He is extremely thorough and genuinely caring. Nothing seems too much trouble for him and he is very reassuring. Many thanks.

I went there for my appointment. My appointment was 12.15 and I went there at 12:00 and upon arrival I have notified reception about that and they forgot to check me in . The doctor left after that and I could not seen by doctor . I have severe allergy issue and got this appointment after two months waiting . What a disappointment! They are playing with people life , and they do not know how hard nowadays to get an appointment in NHS . I had to come from Cambridge . The worst service I have ever received

I have nothing but sincere praise for Buckden Surgery.
Everytime I have contacted them, I have been met with kindness, a willingness to help those in need, with staff going out of their way to help those in need.
I will be showing my appreciation shortly when I return with gifts for the staff but also for one of the GP's who has been incredible towards me during a most traumatic time.
