Luckily I don’t need the assistance of a doctor on a regular basis but having caught an intense virus in my chest, I couldn't have been treated better. All staff I have dealt with have been very friendly and helpful. An appointment was made and I was seen quickly.
I feel the issue isn’t the surgery, they are doing their very best. It is the under funding from the government that is causing the issue and them trying to deal with too many patience so please don’t be too hard on them, (some of the other reviewers)I think they do an amazing job with the resources given to them and I for one am very grateful.

I honestly think the UK healthcare is one of the worst. Some doctors (not all, I’m sure, but many) are not using common sense. They have very poor, equal-to-non-understanding of their patients’ difficulties and when I hear to take paracetamol (to everything) and that whatever the actual diagnosis might be, somehow it’s always infection. My experience today did not change my views; it just reassured me that travelling overseas is much safer, with less hustle and with some expertise and solutions. Shame on you, NHS, and one doctor of this practice especially (don’t want to name her (yet)). Frustrating!

I just had another terrible experience. I felt judged and as if I wasn't being listened to. Nothing was done, as usual. If you're little bit overweight, you tell them your problems, and they just say you're not taking care of yourself, looking you up and down. I had pains in my ovaries and all over my lower region, and they said it was because I needed to lose weight. Then I complained again and got an ultrasound, and it turns out I have a large endometrial polyp. But that pain at first was because I have a bit of a belly, and it's applying pressure.
They are probably the worst doctors I've been to. They just don't care or listen; they throw a box of pills at you and tell you to take care of yourself. That's it. What if I had a terminal illness or something? It doesn't matter to them as long as they are getting a paycheck. Rubbish.

My first experience with the practice was great, appointment for a smear test booked a couple of weeks away but had a couple of messages offering to re-book at an earlier appointment that became available. The Dr I had was lovely, very friendly and personable, and the procedure was the least uncomfortable I'd had. Only knocked off one star because the offices themselves are very old and unfriendly and not overly neat, clean and tidy looking....

Zero customer/patient skills, and have progressively got worse in the 17+ years of using them. No doubting the skill of the medical team, but the administration and management team are too poor for words. Not sure we are seen as patients, more like an inconvenience.

Not much has changed - long waiting times for an appointment, limited access to proper care and feels like the bottom end of a broken health system . Some good doctors still working but continuity of care missing.
The new triage system might be working but it’s hard to see the benefits or impact on my health.
Very disappointed and frustrated .

Honestly don’t feel like I have a GP anymore, I cannot get an appointment they are all gone by 9am And online they never have anything available unless it’s telephone or early morning. I know it’s not the staffs fault but the ever increasing population of Buckingham without building the promised health centre up by lace hill. I wish before they move more people into Buckingham this could be sorted for existing residents as this is dangerous. Thankfully I haven’t had anything serious but my other family members do and we have had to rock up to mk hospital with a 10 hr wait.

I called up 8am precisely. It's currently 8:50 and all I have done is move from no. 20 to no. 12 in the call queue. Will probably be over 2hrs on hold before I get through! Unacceptable really. I tried online appointments first but ofc there were none
