I’ve worked for Nurseplus for over 7 years. The Bristol team have been excellent professional and very much like a family. You put in what you get out! Training is great way to meet staff and other colleagues, Nurseplus communicate shifts via email, text message and phone call to ensure you get the best of what is available. If they had carrier pigeon I’m sure they’d use it.? for me this is great I know exactly what I’m doing and haven’t missed a shift yet! Highly recommend ?

I’ve been with nurse plus Bristol for a few months now and have been generally quite happy with it!
Most weeks there are various options of shifts available, but you sometimes go through a dry period of shifts. It’s understandable and not nurse plus’ fault.
The office team in Bristol is brilliant and always very friendly and polite!

I have been with Nurse plus Bristol for nearly a year now and happy continuing with them. The staff are very friendly and you really get to feel like a family. You can be sure you won't be left alone as the staff are always there to assist you no matter the time or situation.
Work placement is very commendable as you are given options and allowed to choose your shift to suit you and for you to work around other activity you may have; no pressure.

The process of joining nurse plus was quick and easy, with thorough and contemporary training. There is always work available in a variety of settings and I can pick and choose what suits my schedule best. Most importantly I always feel able to call the office team whenever I need advice and support.

I've only been with NursePlus for a few months but I find them really friendly, helpful and supportive. They do their best to allocate their workers assignments at places they like and are well-suited to. Also, I don't drive at the moment following an illness but they didn't bat an eyelid about this. I only aim on average to do one shift a week but that is absolutely fine - they've never been pushy. If something is a bit out of my range, they just accept it.

Unprofessional staff that have been rude on several occasions. After recieveing training and being employed I was barely offered any shifts, (1-2 shifts a week) seems work is not distributed fairly, they make mistakes such as sending you to care homes that only want designated agency workers due to covid, it then upsets the homes. Don't reccomend
