I've been working at Beaufort Grange for over two years now, offering both group and individual music therapy sessions alongside Carl Morgan. It has been a truly wonderful experience to be with the residents and staff, observing how music has positively impacted their lives and well-being. I am always grateful for the supportive staff and the fantastic collaboration with the Activities Coordinators. The residents are well cared for and have great opportunities to explore a range of meaningful experiences that bring joy to their lives. I've genuinely enjoyed my time alongside the residents.

Nothing is too much trouble for them and you can see that their primary objective is to provide a warm, comfortable environment for every resident, whatever their varied needs might be. My husband has just spent a weeks respite here and the staff are amazing. Everyone treats you like a family and are so respectful . The care is superb and I cannot find one negative thing to say.
They have fabulous daily activities. It's more like a 5 star hotel

Your wonderful kindness and caring for our mum with all the looking after her you did make our visits so much nicer and allowed us to help her in other ways. We are sad to lose her but we take comfort knowing that with your help we created a wonderful space where all members of family could visit her and shared good times and memories with her. This home is becoming worst day by day,the staff are very miserable give horrid looks for no reason at all, and lack communication. As soon as you step through to the main door the receptionist is extremely loud and can be heard from the end of the corridors, the manager is not friendly at all. When trying to find/get hold of staff for my mum there are huddles of staff speaking there own language and giving disgusted looks which is very rude and makes me feel uncomfortable and un welcomed when visiting.
