11/10 experience! Gladstones gave me a better understanding of both myself and my own issues and addiction in general. The counselling and support is excellent! The treatment plan focused largely on group and one to one work, which was so effective for me as I began to realise who I was as an individual for the first time in my life. I left Gladstones feeling confident and far better equipped with the tools I need for my recovery. I would recommend this place to anyone who is as lost as I was. Thank you.

As a woman it was so hard for me to ask for help when my drinking became uncontrollable. I felt a deep shame about how I was and I didn't have a clue how to stop. Gladstones and all of wonderful people there helped put me back together again. I now have a life at 4 years sober that I love and enjoy, where I do not feel afraid anymore and have my family firmly back with me, especially my beautiful grandchildren. I can not thank Gladstones enough. You did an amazing job with this lady!

My name is Leanne hole I went to Gladstone's a few years ago and they shouldn't be allowed to be a rehabilitation place. I saved 3700 to find somewhere to sort my life out and this is where I chose. I had no after care I was given a substitute for pain relief up untill the day before I got out so I left okay but by tea time I was in same position as before I went in . My family had no support. I had no one on one this place is terrible

I recently finished 4 weeks at Gladstones clinic in the Cotswolds, although I found my time there difficult at first as the days went by I found myself becoming more confident and getting an understanding of myself. Since leaving the clinic I have continued to develop and remain abstinent.

Do to use this rehab clinic. They are only interested in the money, which it appears is not put back into the clinic. most clients are adolescents with very poor staff cover. I would also question the therapeutic approach of some of their staff.

Please please avoid. Left more damaged than I did before I arrived. Really hope Sue and Irene are no longer employed there. Their approach to so called therapy, was totally inappropriate, unprofessional and borderline gross misconduct.
