I went in for a medical abortion and honestly, the service I received couldn’t have been better. Right off the bat, the receptionists (Tina and Henrietta, I believe) were lovely, very accommodating, and offered me counselling right away and were very sweet to me and my mother who of which were both upset upon arrival. Within 10 minutes I was checked in and took upstairs to wait and had been given general advice from Tina. The nurse who saw me and scanned me (Sam, I think) was lovely, very professional and even tried to get my treatment funded, which took about 15-20 minutes. Faye came to see me afterwards and talked with me and my mother through the medication and what it would do and what to look out for, etc. She gave me a kit containing not just the medication, but painkillers and a mini booklet explaining everything.

Overall, a 5/5 experience - made a not very nice experience physically or mentally alright at the time, cannot thank them enough.

I had my pre op and surgery done here can’t fault the staff, were all lovely and looked after me so well felt very cared for and safe the midwife that came into surgery with my was lovely and reassured me when I was having my cannula put in and the man in recovery who looked after me was so good at making sure I was ok and wasn’t in any pain they all are so caring and empathetic both times I’ve been was very anxious but always came out feeling so much more positive from the sympathy and kindness of everyone there they all provide such a good, quality service

from the telehealth appointment, to my scan, to the faye the nurse explaining how the medical abortion works and fitting my implant, all my anxiety was completely erased and they made me feel so comfortable. I applied on 12/09, had my teleheath on 17/09 and my treatment 22/09 - I felt like a priority and looked after, I can’t thank the staff enough ?

Appalling service, didn’t receive a confirmation text like I was promised on the recorded call. I then went to the only ‘MSI’ in Bristol early in the morning to find out they booked me in at a different site that doesn’t even include msi in the name. This meant I had to sit in the cold for hours whilst I waited for them to finish their meeting. FYI, I am extremely ill and have been in and out of hospital due to my situation. Makes it even worse that they could offer no support when they did manage to see me. They had my medical record so should know straight away, it was a complete waste of time. Who is going to compensate me for the premium prices I had to pay to get to and from the site, no one?

The nurses were lovely, but the reception team were so condescending and did not even apologise, they put the blame on myself. Definitely will never go back.

Avoid this shambles at all costs! My appointment was at 9:45, I didn’t get seen until 3pm, over 5 people came in after me and were seen before. Wasted my husbands day of work so we are £600 down, the staff are so in organised you wouldn’t be able to start to understand.

Patients who arrived 4 hours after we did were seen before. Avoid this place at all costs plenty of other reputable places around. Really upset me. I will be taking them to court

One of the worst experiences in my life.. and I've had some pretty bad experiences. A word of warning to those who enjoy smoking cannabis from time to time, DO NOT TELL THEM THIS. They will say you are not fit enough to make the decision to terminate it and will send you home sick and pregnant. I was seen by a blonde middle aged lady who would have been better suited working in a Russian prison camp. So rude, so abrupt, so hostile, so ready to hate whoever walks in the door. No compassion or kindness whatsoever. However two of the staff members were lovely, but it took a lot of kicking and screaming to get their help and attention. The cannabis rule is ridiculous and needs to be corrected.
