Disgusting service phone at bang on 8 end up in a cue place 18 then by the time you get though there's no appointments only gave them one star because there isn't a zero avoid this place

I've had a phone call from a chemist about my back pain telling me to take pain killers or he can refer me for physio. Really made me feel like a nuisance. At 67yrs old and worried about whether I have something serious I really needed to see a doctor. Thanks for nothing. Receptionist was very helpful though. Why when everyone else is back at work are we still not able to make a Dr appointment.

I was desperate for my very ill husband to be seen by a doctor after trying to phone for 2 days to get an apt. Very rude receptionist who said if it's urgent ring 111 I did over 100 in the queue. My husband is nearly 70 and also recovering from cancer. The doctor phoned him said he needed a PCR test for COVID before he would see him. A covid test was done in the afternoon. Later that afternoon we were so worried went to a and e. Where he collapsed has now had 6 days in hospital with pneumonia on oxygen. The doctor said 1 more day he might not have made it. What is wrong with the doctor's not seeing patients anymore! Ok for hospital staff to risk COVID but not them. I have learned a good lesson don't go through the experience of phoning the horrible receptionist just go straight to a and e.

Spoke to the most uncaring person earlier. Apparently she knew all about my condition and that just cause she manages with it I basically i should too. Baring in mind I can't get in to see a doctor to determine how bad my illness is - but of course reception lady knows best. Oh well best just crack on, got about as much chance finding hens teeth as I have seeing a doctor - good job receptionists know it all else we'd all be knackered

I called Holly Green at exactly 8am only for the line to be busy, I had to call 65 times before I was connected the 66th time, then had to just...wait for 12 minutes before the receptionist answered before she told me there were no appointments left for today. I don't understand how anyone is supposed to get an appointment for the same day with a system like this

Just seen an absolutely lovely polite and thorough trainee doctor...for the actual doctor to then be extremely rude and cause me to be in more pain than I was in to start with....for the second time. Never be seeing him again!! That's if I can even get an appointment :'-D

Absolutley disgusting service. Partner called to get help with something she has been dealing with for a few years and reoccuring issues. Basically passed it off and only wanted to deal with 1 thing. Told her to keep using a treatment for an issue even.thought its not working...

Tried getting an appointment every day for 2 week now. Phone been answered twice in all this time. It just rings until they hang up. Shocking doctors this.
