Unlike other large chain vets, I don't feel ark vets are out for your money, they actually care about the health of the animal more. My beloved cat was generally down in the dumps and off her food, it transpires that a loose canine and a stiff back leg may be causing this. The vet discussed options with me and we agreed to try a teeth scale and removal of canine and some anti inflammatory liquid medicine. My cat is now back to playing like a kitten. Hoorraahh for that..

Ark Vets are my go to place with my five fur babies ! (Cats)
David and his colleagues are wonderful with my animals and always give honest advice . Whether you you have cats , dogs , guinea pigs, gerbils, hamsters etc etc they are caring , honest people . Gentle with the animals and polite and helpful to the owners 😊😊

I have both cats and my dog at this surgery and have always been lovely, when my cat and her kittens became unwell unexpectedly (was an indoor cat as was still very young and not yet spayed escaped ended up pregnant- spay your cats as soon as you can!) They were so sick and david was so kind and honestly don't think they would of survived if I'd taken them elsewhere

I have plenty of vets closer to me but will always be happy to travel to them.

Always have a great experience taking our cat to Ark Vets, Murphy runs into his carrier when we get it out as though he’s looking forward to seeing David and the team. Always really thorough and explain everything we need to know. We’ve spoken with David, Matt, Becci and Kate and they’re all super helpful. took my cats for there health check today was ment to bring both cat together but one of them wouldn't go in the same carrier so had to go back for the other one but all in all everything wad fine they were so understanding and supportive towards both my cats ad they were very nervous but was very calm with the vet after all that I love this vets been going her a long time now and always will thank you for today mittens and sooty 🐈🐈‍⬛

I called first thing in the morning because my dog was in a lot of pain. They told me they couldn't see her until 5pm despite hearing her crying in the background. I called another vet and they told me my vet had a duty of care to see an animal in pain. I called back and reminded them of this and they agreed to see me. When I got there I was the only customer and they were passive aggressive. This was after more than 10 years as a customer, in an emergency. Expect to be upsold on all treatments and talked down to.
Yeah it's the right practice. I'm sure you remember.
