Every single time I call this doctors it’s engaged. From 8am, rather than out you into a fair queueing system, it just comes up engaged! I raised a complaint months ago about this as the same thing has been going on for a while, and guess what, they didn’t even respond to me! The doctors are great and I’m sure the staff have their excuses but it’s completely unacceptable! On tv adverts and online adverts (NHS) they state things like if you have any concerns, call your GP! Well, good luck with this place!

The actual GPs are fantastic the two sisters .. the problem is the receptionist JULIEHILL she seems to think she is a medical professional telling me my dad needs a non urgent appointment when in fact he had an acute infection that needed treatment right away !! The woman has absolutely not an inch of empathy I don’t know how she got a job in there her attitude is disrespectful and disgusting.
Really upsetting to be honest when a patient needs help I don’t understand why she’s working in there I am also making an official complaint on her. !!!

Just recently changed to this doctors from Aston healthcare opposite and upto now the nurses and communication from the doctors has been excellent but oh my word there is one receptionist who will never be up for receptionist of the year!! She is so rude and condescending I actually cannot believe she is part of customer service, I had to go for a blood pressure test today and she was that rude to me telling me to sit and wait as the reading was high that when I had to do it again it went even higher!! I had to ask the other receptionist who was absolutely lovely for her name, while I was waiting another patient walked in and said to the very helpful receptionist oh thank god it's you! I absolutely dread ringing the doctors incase she answers the phone as she always interrupts and never lets you finish your sentence, this lady needs to realise that people are ringing the doctors as they need help not to feel even more anxious and worried after their run in with C ... I won't post her name on here as I will be making a formal complaint to the practice manager

The doctors and nurses are nice and helpful, 3 starts only because it’s impossible to book an appointment via the phone. Have to call 100 times to get through only to be hung up on when I’m the first one in the queue. Today was ringing since 8am sharp and it’s 8:48 and they keep hanging up on me. Please sort your booking system.

Both Dr Kyaw's (I believe they are sisters) are very professional with the way they run their surgery's. They do not rush you out the door before you have sat down and they really do listen to you. And as for the receptionists, they do all they can to get your prescriptions sent across which is often every few weeks with my daughter. Best overall doctors I have ever been signed up with.

Five star for the two doctors that work at the surgery they have been my doctor's for years and always give the best service as well as a couple of the receptionist!... although there is one particular receptionist that is so rude!, the way she was talking to me on the phone was appalling, her service to the public should be looked into. I asked for her deltails after she had spoken to me in such a poor manor and she put the phone down so I couldn't find out. It's shocking how she still has her job there. I can assure you I will be taking my complaint with her further!!.

Worst doctors I have ever joined. I’ve lived in 5 different cities & have always been able to get an on the day appointment. Three times now I’ve phoned 5 minutes after they’ve opened to be told that all the appointments have gone. The one time it was for my baby twin girls & I was still told that they couldn’t be seen even though they were poorly. My partner phoned back & complained, they then magically found an appointment so it seems they have appointments if you shout at them! I can’t comment about the Doctors themselves as I haven’t even made it into a room with them! I’ve had to wait at walk in centres for hours!! Absolutely disgusted with this service & the rude manner of the receptionist.
