I am majorly concerned for a friend of mine who attends the station road surgery , he has basically been ignored when he's been to see the doctor , he has never been able to burp , makes gurging sounds constantly, and has pain around the sphincter at the top of the stomach , this condition is rare , but it should never the less be taken seriously as retrograde chricopharygeal ,disorder is not to be laughed at as the discomfort and pain is Awful , , and these doctors need to investigate it ..putting him on antacids and proton pump inhibitors is not going to help the shpinkter.. think some of them need to do more training to be honest ...!

Firstly if I could leave a rating for 'Barbara' receptionist at the surgery I would be leaving 5 stars, she is an absolute credit to the surgery, what a genuinely lovely caring person, couldn't be more helpful and always quite frankly a relief when you ring thru and she picks up the phone

In regards to the surgery as a whole tho things need to change, lack of help (some of the receptionists treat you like you're an inconvenience and annoyance before you've even opened your mouth to speak) and face to face appointments, not getting taking seriously it just adds to distress & concerns get dismissed to the point of having serious ramifications and it's becoming dangerous

I don’t even want to rate this surgery 1 star!!
Absolutely useless, inefficient and lacking in the patient care we all deserve beyond words. Every single experience, health issue or question to this surgery experienced by both myself and my husband has been either handled badly, messed up or just completely ignored unless chased up on multiple occasions. Honestly, what a mess! It’s a completely broken system.

I had a severe uti, I was left 3 days without medication, on the Friday (third day) I was told contradictory information, after the first call I sought out assistance from the pharmacist who helped me without hesitation. The surgery left me without any solution so I had to find my own, only to to find that the first part of the information was incorrect and the receptionist had told me false information. The care I had for this issue was absolutely disgusting and to leave someone in the condition they left me without any help or sign of a solution is appalling, wouldn’t wish that experience on my worst enemy. I initially thanked the receptionist for her information about going to the pharmacy but after knowing the full story, she didn’t give me the correct information about my test results, so I didn’t need to go the pharmacy in the first place.

Absolutely woeful service! I didn’t realise it had sunk so low. Anyone that gets an appointment with a real doctor must be absolutely at deaths door! Despite a private clinic, an A&E doctor and an NHS audiologist telling me that I needed to see my GP for an urgent referral to a specialist, Attleborough surgery deemed the best course of action would be to visit the local pharmacy! Terrible terrible service.

The surgery has shockingly bad service overall there prescription delivery service needs major improvement with regards to when and how you can order your prescription online, terrible communication ...You either sit waiting in a queue for over an hour or try messaging them via there website.... 4 weeks I'm still waiting for a response!!, not to mention the one staff member who's quite well known for being very sharp towards patients.

Highly efficient - no complaints. I filled out the form to register with this practice online and dropped in to show my ID on Tuesday, received a text to tell me that my registration had been confirmed on Wednesday. I phoned the surgery late that morning requesting a phone appointment. All the appointments for that day had been filled by then but I was phoned back the next day, Thursday and given a diagnosis and prescription to collect within 5 minutes. So I went from not being registered to being treatment within 48 hours. I can't see how more efficient they could have been.

The Doctors/nurse are great the rest is....well not great...so before you get told off by reception The powerhouse of this surgery... here some info you might need to know
-Pharmacy! despite two windows only open one and serve one by slow one.
- in the morning only the early mornings they operate and one way system that is not indicated or told to you anywhere, mean you either force your way through the automatic doors or walk all the way around the other entrance that you will never use at any other point bere in mind there is no signposts or signals that tell you that there is the system they use in the morning..... As for the rest of the time, you go through the main door....
-All urine and stool samples must be delivered before 12:00. Again nowhere indicates this So lucky you you will be taking samples again...
- has told me on the reception the urine sample pots are like gold dust.... Whatever that means.... So you actually have to be told by the doctor to do a sample as opposed to randomly picking one up.... Then again, why would you be picking one up if you were not told you needed to do a urine sample.....
- The passive aggressive comments/posters that are littered about the surgery "Don't lean on the counter", "we operate a zero tolerance policy!!!"

I understand that the NHS is under a lot of strain and is underfunded but this surgery and sadly the same on Queen Square needs work....
