I’ve had physio and massage at Stem and can only highly recommend Hannah and Martha. Emma ensures that only the best is provided. Nothing is too silly to talk about and no issue is too mundane to ask for help with.
Hannah provides useful exercises, how to do them and ongoing support. Absolutely brilliant.
Martha provides the most amazing deep tissue massage, second to absolutely none. She is knowledgeable and also provides excellent advice for after and ongoing care.

Just wanted to give some feedback on Stem Physio and Haroon my physio.

He has been really great and helped with my shoulder rotator cuff tear.

Giving me inspiration and motivation to improve.
Each time I have seen him he has been excellent and honest. I trusted him and the results are evident. A true professional I also felt as if it wasn’t all about booking sessions in if it was necessary, which in the past elsewhere I have experienced.

He is an excellent physio and I will definitely use your business in the future.

I was also impressed when initially speaking to Emma her empathy with my injury and quickly getting an appointment, excellent communication from her.

I have used STEM several times over the last few years for different reasons. In every case I have received brilliant advice and help. In every case my Muscular/Skeletal issues have been resolved and the exercises given have prevented re-occurrence.
My Wife and Son have also had excellent treatment there.
I cannot recommend STEM highly enough.

I attend STEM regularly for sports massage to prevent future injury

Emma (the owner) was excellent when I developed pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain (PGP) providing therapy and support aids.

I have also used STEM following a back injury and claimed back the costs through my private medical insurance provided by work. Often appointments can be scheduled in a few days, with flexible hours and even home visits rather than lengthy waiting times via GP.

Emma and her team are absolute professionals, and very friendly. Not only do they provide onsite treatment but fully explained exercises to complete at home to prevent injuries reoccurring. I often recommend them to anyone in the area.

I'm lucky enough "touch wood" not to suffer much with injuries. I do regularly attend for Sports Massages before and after Marathons and Ultra Marathons (it helps). Brilliant, professional and polite staff. I have regularly recommended Stem to others, and always will.

I have used Emma and her team since I had my first full knee replacement, 6 years ago and have continued to have maintenance work on it and recently had my 2nd knee replacement 7 months ago and I wouldn't dream of trusting anyone else to look after me. The knowledge is second to none, it is a friendly environment and they are lovely people.
