Been trying to get an appointment for a coil replacement with axess and had no luck, luckily found this clinic & what an amazing team they are. They go absolutely above and beyond, make you feel so comfortable & they are so knowledgable in their job. Annmaria is amazing at what she does, thank you again to the team.

A shambles for covid and flu jabs. People waiting for over an hour past appointment times. nurses giving the in jections waiting for their next patient because the person sending them in was also booking patients in. He was overworked - ridiculous carry on. Some people were actually being given their jabs and they took in 1 case 28 minutes!! Try pharmacy - much easier

Can't recommend enough! My implant wasn't working for me and it's been months since I tried to get an appointment at axess. I'm really glad I found this clinic! I got a phone call a day or two after filling out the form online and they had appointments available the same week! Mandy was amazing and the appointment was really fast, I didn't even have to wait before being seen 🙂

Had a LARC appointment here today and cannot recommend them highly enough. I needed a routine but inherently uncomfortable procedure and they gave me extra rest time and were so kind and attentive. From the reception staff to the clinical staff, they were absolutely fantastic.

Been trying to ring this place about my appointment at 2pm today. I’m now very distressed because I’ve not been able to call an ask for my appointment to be a phone appointment so now it’ll look like I’ve just not shown up. I was told to call the hub if I couldn’t make it in. How can I do that when there is no working number?
